Chain Merge Classic is a casual number-merging puzzle game published by Inque Labs.

The game is designed to work without requiring a player account.

• No account registration is required.
• No login or signup is required.
• No player profile is stored on an Inque Labs account server.
• No social login is required.

Chain Merge Classic may store gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.

This may include:

• Current and previous game scores
• Best score and highest tile reached
• Gameplay and active board state
• Player nickname or locally selected name
• Local ranking and cached leaderboard information
• Sound, haptic, advertising, and game preferences
• Other game state required for normal gameplay

Chain Merge Classic may display leaderboard-style rankings, player nicknames, scores, and highest-tile values as part of the game experience.

The current leaderboard implementation is generated and cached locally within the application. Player scores and nicknames are not uploaded to an Inque Labs global leaderboard server by the current app implementation.

Changing your in-game name affects the leaderboard experience stored on your device.

Chain Merge Classic uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertisements.

Depending on the game's configuration, advertising may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may process information when an advertisement is requested, displayed, or interacted with, including:

• Advertising and device identifiers
• IP address
• Device model and operating-system information
• Application information
• Advertising impressions, interactions, and clicks
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Approximate location where applicable
• Information used for fraud prevention and security

Inque Labs does not directly control all information processed independently by Google or its advertising partners.

Chain Merge Classic may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising consent where required by applicable privacy laws.

Depending on your location, you may be shown a privacy or advertising consent message. Your choices may determine whether advertising is personalized or non-personalized, subject to Google's systems and applicable law.

Chain Merge Classic is intended for users aged 13 years and older and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly operate player accounts for children under 13 or intentionally collect personal information directly from children under 13 through an Inque Labs account system.

Because Chain Merge Classic primarily stores gameplay information locally, you can generally remove locally stored game information by:

• Clearing the application's storage through Android settings
• Uninstalling Chain Merge Classic from your device

Clearing application data or uninstalling the game may permanently remove locally stored progress, scores, settings, and other game information.

Information processed independently by Google or another third-party service is subject to that provider's own retention and deletion policies.

We take reasonable measures to reduce unnecessary data processing and to protect information handled directly by Chain Merge Classic.

However, no mobile application, network, electronic storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws may give you rights relating to personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Because Chain Merge Classic does not maintain a developer-run player account database, Inque Labs may not possess data that can directly identify an individual player.

Requests involving data processed independently by Google may need to be submitted directly to Google.

You may be able to manage advertising personalization through your Google account, Android privacy settings, and privacy choices presented inside the game.

Inque Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Chain Merge Classic's functionality, third-party SDKs, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will also be updated.
